Cry Club is for people who feel things deeply. Those who cry easily, or loudly, or out of nowhere. Those who hold it together all day and then fall apart in the car. The ones who’ve been told they’re “too sensitive” or “a lot” and are tired of pretending they’re not.

We Exist because keeping it all in doesn’t work. Tears, tantrums, shutdowns, and full-body sobs are normal reactions to a world that asks way too much. Cry Club makes space for that. For grief and joy and anger and relief and all the feelings that don’t come out neatly.

You don’t have to be calm or articulate or put-together here. You don’t owe anyone an explanation. Cry if you need to. Lose it a little. Be human. That’s the whole point.
